Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

ADWERK is provided by DEEPWERK UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hafenweg 16, 48155 Münster, Germany (Managing Director: Christian Siever; registered with Amtsgericht Münster, HRB 22249; VAT ID DE450785191). These terms govern use of the ADWERK web application and related services.

2. Accounts and authority

• You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
• You may connect only Meta Pages, businesses and ad accounts that you are authorized to access and manage.
• You remain responsible for your team members, advertising accounts and all activity approved through your account.

3. The service

ADWERK helps analyze product information, generate and edit advertising creatives, configure campaigns, publish ads to Meta after explicit user confirmation, and display performance information. Features may change as the service and third-party platforms evolve.

4. User content and advertising responsibility

You retain your rights in material you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. You are responsible for checking every creative, claim, destination, audience, budget and legal disclosure before publishing. You must have the necessary intellectual property and privacy rights and comply with applicable law and Meta policies.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other content. It is a draft for human review, not legal, medical or professional advice.

5. Meta connection and publishing

Connecting Meta authorizes ADWERK to use the approved permissions for the workflow you initiate. ADWERK does not publish an ad until you select the relevant assets, review the campaign settings and confirm publishing. Meta may reject, pause or remove advertising independently of ADWERK.

6. Fees and media budget

Prices, subscription terms and advertising-credit details shown at checkout apply to the selected purchase. Media budget is used for advertising delivery; platform fees pay for ADWERK's service. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, used service fees and media spend are not refundable.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular advertising results or acceptance by a third-party platform. Statutory liability applies without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential duties and foreseeable typical damage, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ADWERK, disconnect Meta and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment. Deleting ADWERK does not delete assets already created in your Meta account; manage those assets in Meta Ads Manager.

9. Governing law and contact

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If the user is a merchant, the agreed place of jurisdiction is Münster. Questions can be sent to imprint@adwerk.ai.
