Delete your personal ADWERK account

You can delete your personal profile and access without contacting support:

1. Sign in to ADWERK and open Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone and select Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion. Password users must enter their current password.

This removes the personal ADWERK profile, linked sign-in accounts and sessions. Organization-owned workspaces, projects, billing records and Meta assets may remain available to other organization members. The deletion cannot be undone.

Disconnect Meta without deleting ADWERK

1. Sign in to ADWERK and open Settings.
2. Under Meta connection, select Disconnect.

ADWERK asks Meta to revoke the authorization and removes the locally stored connection token. You can also remove ADWERK from Facebook's Business Integrations settings.

What remains outside ADWERK

• Campaigns, ad sets, ads and uploaded advertising assets already created in your Meta ad account remain controlled by you in Meta Ads Manager.
• Meta processes its own platform records according to Meta's terms and privacy policy.
• Limited invoices, payment, tax, fraud-prevention or audit records may be retained when required by law or a compelling legitimate interest.
• Backups and technical logs expire on their normal retention cycle.

Request deletion by email

To delete organization-held project data, or if you cannot access the account, email imprint@adwerk.ai with the subject “ADWERK data deletion”, the email address used for the account and the organization name. We may ask for reasonable verification and approval from an organization owner before deleting shared data. We will acknowledge the request and complete it within the period required by applicable law.
